Our menuThis is one of our new favorite take out place (seriously we've ordered twice in one week). The vegetable fried rice is the best I've had in Charlotte- full of fresh veggies and not super greasy. They have huge selection of sushi rolls, too - every one we've tried has been great.
Ru San's is by far my favorite sushi spot! They have the best sushi and they make it in many different ways that other sushi restaurants cannot compare to the flavor. I love the cowboy maki roll, chipotle roll, jalapeño candy roll, and orange twist roll!
